Good nutrition is a cornerstone of a long and healthy life. Poor diet is one of the leading contributors to premature death in the United States, as it increases the risk factor for illnesses like heart disease, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, and several cancers. 

Kathy  Garriques, MS, RDN, CSG, is our resident dietician/nutritionist (what's an RDN?). She has a wide array of experience in helping people of all ages navigate a healthy lifestyle through nutrition. Kathy works with adolescents, geriatric patients, expectant mothers, athletes, and more.
