We provide comprehensive patient-centered care to families in Northwest New Jersey. At our practice, we not only take a whole-person, but a whole-family approach to healthcare, offering patients of all ages individualized care and treating them with respect and dignity.

Here, an appointment means adequate time spent listening to your concerns, a multidimensional treatment plan, and careful consideration of your needs. We encourage our patients to take an active role in their care, empowering them to take control of their well-being.

Learn Who We Are

  • Jeffery Merkle, MD

    Trained and educated in both internal medicine and pediatrics, Dr. Merkle received his degree form Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his residency at Brown University, where he co-shared duties as chief resident.

    He provides specialized care that combines extensive training in modern medicine with a personalized, hands-on approach. He is dedicated to the community and excels at taking care of patients of all ages. He lives in Warren county with his wife and two children.

    Beth Myler, FNP-C, IBCLC

    Beth is a family nurse practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Johns Hopkins University and her master's degree in nursing from Georgetown University. She is the clinical director of lactation services for our practice and has owned and operated Mahala Lactation since 2010. Beth's strengths lie in addressing her patients' acute and health maintenance needs with warmth and compassion as a truly accessible HCP.

  • Donna Ryan, MHS, PA-C

    Donna completed her undergrad studies at Penn State University and received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University. She has spent the past decade working in infectious disease and internal medicine. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, treating acute and chronic conditions.

    Donna lives in Morris county with her husband and two children. She enjoys running.

  • Tara Olivo-Moore, MSN, FNP-C

    Tara is a family nurse practitioner with several years of experience as an emergency nurse. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from UMDNJ (now Rutgers), and her master's degree in nursing from William Paterson University. Before becoming a nurse, Tara studied history and worked in fundraising. Originally from Toronto, Tara lives with her husband and two children in Morris Township, New Jersey.

  • Kathy Garriques, MS, RDN, CSG

    Kathy is a Registered Dietician with over 25 years of experience caring for patients of all ages, helping them lose weight and improve or maintain their health. She is passionate about providing results-driven, solutions with attainable goals, through both individual sessions and nutritional education classes for various community groups.
